Young Deaf actor Keivonn Montreal Woodard, who had a breakout role in HBO’s “The Last of Us,” will have a big role in an upcoming action comedy film called “Gagged.” This is according to a report from “Deadline.” The article said the story is set in a city where there is an international terrorism plot that is unfolding. Keivonn’s role is a 11-year-old Deaf boy named Corey. Corey will have to work with another character to escape from various threats. The film will go into production in early 2025. The director and writer, Todd William Schroeder, said he noticed Keivonn from “The Last of Us” and praised his instincts as an actor.
