3) Netanyahu visits U.S.

On Wednesday, Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu gave an address to the U.S. Congress, but not everyone watched. About half of Democrats skipped the speech as a form of protest over Netanyahu’s actions in the war in Gaza, which has killed almost 40,000 Palestinians. Netanyahu said in the speech that he will achieve total victory against Hamas and called Americans who opposed the war “idiots.” Today Netanyahu met with Donald Trump at his Mar-a-Lago home in Florida.

4) FBI says bullet struck Trump’s ear

The FBI said today that a bullet struck Donald Trump’s ear during his rally on July 13. FBI Director Wray testified this week that he was not sure if Trump was actually hit by a bullet or something else. Trump posted on social media that Wray knew nothing, that it was a bullet that struck him, and that he would fire Wray if he wins the presidency. The FBI’s official statement today said Trump’s ear was hit by a bullet, whether whole or fragmented into smaller pieces, fired from the deceased suspect’s rifle.
