Vitali GossJankowski officially released from jail

A video creator on Rumble.com, Dan Sellman, posted a video with Vitali GossJankowski, the Deaf Jan. 6 riot defendant, outside of a jail in D.C. to show that he was officially released.

GossJankowski told Dan that he was happy to be out. He said he was jailed for 449 days and got out because of Trump’s executive order to give clemency to all facing charges in the Jan. 6, 2021 riot at the Capitol.

The link to the video is in the transcript. There are other videos showing supporters celebrating GossJankowski’s release.

D.C. area journalist Jordan Fischer said that a judge issued an order to dismiss the case against GossJankowski. The order, issued by D.C. District Judge Paul Friedman, said the case is “hereby dismissed” and that “all future deadlines and court appearances are vacated.”
