In Florida, a wildlife manager was on a beach at the Cape Canaveral Space Force Station looking for turtle nesting when she saw several tightly wrapped packages. She called authorities to check it out.
Authorities said the packages on the beach were cocaine. They found 24 packages in total and said that the value of it is about $1.2 million. Authorities explained that drug traffickers often transport bulk amounts of cocaine by putting them in bales with 25 “bricks.” Sometimes the bales get lost in the sea and wash up on shore.
There is an investigation on where the cocaine came from. Local news said there have been other packages of “cocaine that washed up on Florida coasts last month during a period of prolonged onshore wind.”

Lin-Manuel Miranda is best-known for creating and starring in the Broadway hit Hamilton. He has apologized for a lack of Afro-Latino actors in the lead roles for his new film musical In The Heights.
The movie is adapted from Miranda's 2005 stage show of the same name, which refers to Washington Heights, a mainly Latino neighbourhood in New York.
The movie has been praised by film critics but also criticised for not using Afro-Latino actors.
Miranda, who is of Puerto-Rican descent, served as a producer on the movie and had an on-screen role. He issued an apology on Twitter about not employing more actors of Afro-Latino backgrounds. Miranda acknowledged in a tweet that he could "hear the hurt and frustration over colourism" and said the film "fell short".
