Recap on Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire movie with Kaylee Hottle

I just finished watching “Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire” movie - the 2nd movie. Wow, I really enjoyed myself! The movie had a lot of action and I was captivated the whole time. The total time of the movie is almost 2 hours. It was really cool seeing the Deaf actress Kaylee Hottle as Jia in this movie. For the first movie, Kaylee was in several scenes but with this second movie, Kaylee has more scenes and she has a really important role in the movie. She also has a special bond with Kong too. You can check it out! Previously, we, The Daily Moth, did report on Kaylee’s interview with Good Morning America recently. During the interview, GMA asked Kaylee about Suko, the mini-Kong in the movie. Kaylee mentioned that she anticipates that the people who watch this movie will have a soft spot for Suko. Well, Kaylee is right! For me when I watched it, I immediately loved Suko in the movie! In the movie, when Kaylee signs, there are automatic burn-in captions on screen. When Kaylee has conversations with other actors in the movie, it felt like a normal conversation in ASL. It was a natural flow so it was nice to see. You can grab to watch this movie in the movie theater if they have open captions- it would be great, but if not then a CaptiView device will do.
