Jan: I really love this new machine. It was made in Germany and imported here from Europe. Some parts of the machine came from Boston, so it’s a mix. I waited for eight months before it finally arrived. I love it.
[B-roll video of Jan standing in front of the new machine and clicking on a touchscreen monitor in front of it.]
Jan: The computer here will let you know if there are problems or warnings.
[B-roll video of a blue light with wires attached to it on the side of the new machine]
Terry: Do you see the light? When we were just setting up the new machine, there wasn’t a light there. I asked a representative for help because I couldn’t hear the machine if problems came up. I asked how I could get a visual warning. The company was amazed and said we were the first customers to make this request. So they quickly arranged for a light to be delivered and set up. It’s so helpful because now we see the light come up if a problem happens. It’s so great.
